Katy Kloosterman is a calm and joyful leader who loves helping professionals and organizations reach their full potential. As a certified Gallup Strengths and Enneagram coach, Katy needed a new logo and corporate identity that expressed her level of professionalism and joy. She also needed help clarifying her brand message to authentically connect with her ideal clients. Using my systematic design process and StoryBrand framework, I was able to help meet both goals.

Katy had a unique request to incorporate an elephant in her corporate identity. During our exploration process, we discovered that elephants have a symbiotic relationship with a bird called an oxpecker. These birds will travel on the backs of elephants, eating parasites off the elephant’s body and making alarm calls when a predator is in sight.

This is a simple analogy of how diverse strengths, utilized together, contribute to the success of the group. Kloosterman Consulting helps companies and organizations develop this kind of synergy in their teams.
